Weatherization Crew Member
Duties will include:
• Installing insulation and performing weatherization work in new and existing construction – including attics and
crawlspaces for houses and mobile homes
• Basic carpentry skills both rough and finish in typical construction working conditions found in new and existing
homes
• Use of insulation equipment including blowers, vacuums, scrapers, trimmers, etc. (training provided)
• Use of blower doors and thermal imaging equipment (training provided)
• Occasionally drive and maintain company vehicles
Requirements:
• Self-starter; Must lead by example and require minimal supervision
• Demonstrated Carpentry skills
• Good customer service skills both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills required
• Neatness and excellent maintenance of company equipment at all times
• No Smoking or Tobacco use of any kind permitted in company vehicle, client location, or on the job site. NO
