Vice President
Nathan Pressley is a nationally certified thermographer and home
energy rater, as well as a North Carolina licensed General
Contractor and Home Inspector. His years of experience as a
research and development technician and production manager
have developed a passion and skill for problem solving and
continuous improvement that our customers benefit from. He is
actively involved in the music ministry of his church and enjoys
working outdoors and solving brain teasers. He is also an
adjunct professor at the local community college teaching Whole
House Weatherization. He and his wife, Debbie, have been
happily married since 1999 and have three beautiful children: Ezra
(right), Eliana Rose (left), and Elias (center).

Manager - East Tennessee Division
Bryon Grant is a Tennessee licensed General Contractor. Bryon
joined Compass Solutions after serving as a Project Manager for
the Tri-Cities’ highest volume builder of single family new homes.
Bryon also served as the Facilities Director at his church during a
$12 million renovation. During his time as a Facility Director, Bryon
worked with the Tennessee Valley Authority and Johnson City
Power Board while implementing many energy saving initiatives.
Bryon also consulted with TOSHA while serving as a Facility
Director and his church was the initial consultation for religious
facilities in the state of Tennessee. Bryon serves on the Board of
Directors for the Johnson City Area Home Builders Association
and Rise Up! of Johnson City. Bryon and his wife, Malia, have
been happily married since 1998 and have been blessed with two
daughters: Kayleigh (right) and Riley Kate (left).
